Help 

Is it still possible to transfer schools after your first semester freshman year if you Failed one course but still had a decent GPA. Plus in high school you had a 3.2 gpa? please help.

Yes it is possible.  Look at all of the various resources out there on the web and most importantly speak with your advisors and transfer counselors at your current school and the schools you are considering transferring to.  The one thing you need to be careful with is securing financial aid and loans with a mid-year transfer.  If this is an issue that applies to your current situation speak with a financial aid advisor and weigh whether or not it might make more sense from a financial perspective to transfer after completing the full year.
