| Depends on the school. The transfer counselor in the Admissions office might be willing to look at an unofficial transcript and give you an unofficial evaluation. At other schools, they might not even bother to look at an unofficial transcript. Some schools won't even look at an official transcript until after you've applied and been accepted. The bottom line is that you'll need the official transcript to get an official evaluation of transfer credits that may help you decide between one school versus another. |
