Transfer Agreements: Central Carolina Technical College and the University of South Carolina signed an agreement expanding some of the university's most successful student programs to CCTC students who plan to transfer to USC's Columbia campus, known as the Bridge Program. Special Programs: The University Transfer Programs, specifically designed for a student whose goal is a baccalaureate degree, enable the student to complete the first two years of college or university work in an affordable, flexible, close-to-home environment conducive to Transfer Scholarships and Financial Aid Financial Aid is available to all eligible students regardless of sex, race, color, national origin, or disability.
