    You may be able to receive academic credit for military, life, or work experience.

Transfer Application Requirements

  • Minimum GPA:
    All college-level coursework taken after your high school graduation will be considered when calculating your GPA for admission. Additionally, if you have earned fewer than 24 semester hours (36 quarter hours) of college-level credit, your high school GPA will be taken into consideration.
  • Official Transcripts:
    Submit official transcripts from each college or university you have attended. If you have completed fewer than 30 semester hours (45 quarter hours) since graduating from high school, you will need to submit an official high school transcript.
  • Other Requirements:
    Transfer admission requirements vary based on the number of college-level hours you have earned at all colleges/universities (accumulative).

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    Generally, coursework completed at other accredited institutions is considered for transfer credit if you earned a D or better and the course is comparable to coursework in the BGSU curriculum.
